To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 限聚令結束。一早訂了枱,7個人吃飯。環境不錯,靜靜的,有吧枱、大枱、細枱,有房(雖然有最低消費),是聚會的選擇。餐牌的選擇幾多,不過是日沒有shabu shabu等鍋類的食物供應。點了幾款前菜,味道一般。尤其是每次吃日本菜都必點的枝豆,又濕又腍,是我吃過其中一個最差的枝豆。串燒類,青椒仔偏苦,雞肉又太濕,反而牛舌的味道和爽脆的口感不錯。壽司,正正常常,沒有特別驚喜。夾到壽司飯散開可能是友人的錯,也可能是握得不好。還有個紫蘇梅子卷,都幾香,不過要受得梅的鹹。炸物類,吉列豬扒太乾身,肉有少少嚡。天婦羅也是普通質素。炸物腍得很快,變得濕濕的。煮豚肉,肉很嚡。每枱限叫一份的和牛。火燒夠觸目,視覺效果一流。味道不錯,多汁,肉味幾香,油份適中,夠香而不過份油膩。炒野菜。還點了個梅子飯糰。燒過的不錯,但沒燒過的就很差,飯太濕太腍,完全不是米形的。雖然食物一般,但環境和服務都加一點分數。
