To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間餐廳最緊要是食物，但服務態度都是非常重要。收銀個中年女人的對客的態度非常差，問多一句都很不禮貌對你，坐下食一陣都見到其他客買外賣都有同樣待遇，當時個客買一杯咖啡16元，好像沒有零錢，說給500蚊可不可以，她就回應不禮貌說是否想唱錢，個客即刻面黑黑，說不是想唱錢，有點比屈感覺，anyway，食物味道就好普通，分量又少，最後到我埋單找錢，佢好大力擺錢落枱，完。以後唔會幫親了。
