To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住在大埔這家食店我也是常光顧,食物質素是合格的。但是聖誕節打算再去光顧,門口已經有很多人排隊,我們也照著流程拿號碼輪候,然後走去附近逛了半小時,回來看到排我們前面的號碼進去了,心里想下一個到我們了,當時因為附近有巴士站,我們站在比較離門口遠一點的地方,服務叫也沒有叫號碼就叫門口等的人進去店里,我看到當然第一時間理論,服務生一點道歉也沒有叫我們等下一位,我們本來忍耐再等下一張,進去後,坐下,服務生還是沒有道歉的意願,我的女朋友突然不舒服說不吃要走了,我們起來出門口,在那里的superisor竟然說知道不叫他們號碼浪費時間,這種服務態度,還是要說出來給客人聽的壞話,已進黑名單,服務讓人以後不去,希望大家用餐愉快別
