To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 服務態度再一次另人失望

呢間連鎖店算長期幫襯。唯獨呢間分店服務水準特別差，已經唔止一次外賣等太耐。今次下午茶時段點了一個蔥油叉燒飯加杯熱奶茶。20分鐘未有追一追個店員，話未有咁快。okay我再等....期間我見都只有3-4份外賣出單。過10分鐘後再追，今之終於有call入廚房追單。5分鐘後有了！想講下，眼見到廚房最少都有4位員工。堂食都係10個客人左右，重要3點下午茶時間，可以一個飯加杯飲品要三催四請先有，有點過份。臨走時表達一下不滿，店只都係回應一句“太多單了，做唔切！”補足一句，之前都一樣外賣等過好耐，重遇過不禮貌冇耐性嘅店員。今日不是她算慶幸了，三次機會夠晒了，決定不會再幫襯呢間。
