To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日兩大一細入去，小朋友都已經差唔多5歲，見到有卡位，自然行咗過去打算坐。呀姐行埋嚟問係咪兩大一細，叫我去另一個卡位，叫我哋坐埋一邊，對面坐住一個女人。我想講下佢個卡位，唔係特別長，特別大，只係普通茶記嘅size, 我去茶記咁多次，從未有侍應叫過我哋三個人坐一邊卡位。之後我話點坐，佢話一係坐圓枱同其他兩人搭抬，搭枱唔係問題，叫小朋友坐圓凳。我眼見有一對男女就坐卡位，唔洗坐埋一邊。在場亦都好多吉枱。以為自己出名就大曬？咁嘅服務態度嘅餐廳真係要抵制。出去食嘢仲要受氣，真係黑人問號。
