話說前兩日同媽咪湊埋2個小朋友去飲茶。2大2細點左五樣嘢。上點心時發現多咗龍雞腳,之後仲不斷送錯嘢來我哋張檯。同佢哋所謂個女經理講啦,女經理拎住我哋張單同我哋對質,語氣差到好似我哋叫完D食物唔認數咁。仲叫埋個落單姐姐過來大大聲用手指指住我媽咪話係我媽咪口頭點嘅。我媽就話「我哋2大2細點會叫八九樣嘢呀!我都冇同你講過嘢」原來其實係個落單姐姐搞錯左,係我哋隔離檯落嘅order,寫左落我哋張單到。OK!唔緊要!落錯單都好正常。但個所謂女經理語氣差,諗都唔諗係咪落錯檯號,就一直啄住我哋。最後連一句「唔好意思或者對唔住都冇」麻煩你哋公司記住你哋做嘅係服務性行業,連最基本尊重禮貌到唔識就培訓下啲員工。因為係你哋啲員工代表緊你哋間公司。
