To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日非繁忙時間九龍站較清靜,入到去叫嘢飲得兩個人,幫我落單嘅係trainee。未試過幫襯呢間,所以就叫開平時飲嘅珍珠奶茶。點知道普遍出面叫嘅珍珠奶茶响呢度係黃金珍珠,所以當我見到一位戴眼鏡嘅女仔幫我準備杯奶茶時嘅黃色珍珠,我就同佢講,點解唔係平時深啡色嘅珍珠。眼鏡服務員聽完就好晦氣咁講,你喺我哋呢度叫珍珠奶茶就會係呢隻黃金珍珠,如果你要出面街隻深啡色珍珠就叫另一款!跟住就將兩杯黃金珍珠倒返入個container度!其實外面叫珍珠奶茶,普遍都係用深啡色台灣嗰隻珍珠,未幫襯過你呢間又點會知道响呢度叫珍珠奶茶就會變咗你哋嘅黃金珍珠呢?而且眼鏡女仔又由杯度倒返D黃色珍珠入返container度,唔多衞生😰最後呢杯珍珠奶茶味道超甜,似糖水多過奶茶,十分一般。加上服務態度差,就算住樓上咁近都唔會再幫襯。
