To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日大概五點幾去左旺角分店食，我order左個壽喜燒牛小排&牛五花套餐，另外散叫左個日本和牛上級肩肉，咁食完就舉手叫店員幫我起甜品啦。咁個甜品黎到啦，我就問店員窩夫雪糕係咪用手食嫁，佢答我係。我話咁我燒完個窩夫雪糕再用手拎黎食咪會有機會焫親隻手，佢答我咁你用你自己既方法食到咪得囉，咩態度？？？成班店員圍係我前面水吧傾計，舉手舉左勁耐先有店員睇到，即係唔收服務費我唔要求d咩服務，但唔係俾d咁既答案個客囉。講真味道同價錢係成正比既，真係唔錯既d牛，但咁既服務態度，幾好食都無用，真係貼錢買難受😣
