To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嗌天仁茗茶都好似抽獎咁樣,一時又好水,啲珍珠又未煮熟,一時又會好唔錯。今次經過港鐵站,發現好耐冇飲天仁,突然之間啲奶茶癮上咗嚟,於是嗌咗熱珍珠奶茶、熱珍珠奶綠,冬天飲完熱奶茶成個人即刻暖咗多好,兩杯奶茶茶味均比奶味較為濃郁,正常發揮,熱飲來講,個人會比較推薦珍珠奶綠多過珍珠奶茶,熱嘅珍珠奶茶茶味太重,冚過晒啲奶味,就純粹似紅茶加咗糖咁。另一方面,想講天仁茗茶員工服務態度有好大嘅進步空間,上次落單嗰陣可能已經九點幾,人流比較少,啲員工好似開始執緊嘢,準備放工,黑口黑面,用一個「你阻住我收工」嘅口吻同我講嘢。今次再幫襯,只係因為成個地鐵站得佢呢間奶茶舖,而且冬天好凍,我淨係想買完快啲返屋企,但可見員工嘅態度明顯冇改善,仍然係「被逼營業」feel,其實,員工若果唔想翻工我唔會強逼你,希望可以俾返啲態度。
