To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信好多人都係睇左金剛小儀個節目去試下，我同老公想試下個蕃薯奶茶，d位好迫，大隻少少都唔好坐。點知落左單等左半個鐘都仲未黎，雖然我明白水吧人手唔夠，老闆娘都好辛苦一個人沖茶，咁我怕係漏單咪問個女侍應，佢竟然好唔客氣咁講：「係咁耐架喇！」就走開左，隔離枱個太太聽到眼都突埋。追問第二次個女侍應先拎張單過去水吧，我地兩個人為了兩杯野飲，足足花左45分鐘起度等，仲要俾個侍應用d咁既態度回答，點可能咁樣同d客人講野架？！杯野我飲落口無茶味，無奶茶味無蕃薯味，有蕃薯既質感，我諗對腸狀應該幾好，不過就唔係好飲囉。我見隔離枱d野真係好香，不過俾個咁既侍應一搞，乜野都變得唔好味。
