Restaurant: The Chef's Table

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度極差 食物垃圾

服務態度：由一到達餐廳，向餐廳reception表示我的booking，一開始員工找不到我的booking，然後就開始皺眉，我發現自己留了另一個電話，那位員工更加向我反了一下白眼。講真：今時今日仲咁既服務得唔得啊？食物質素：理所當然這個價錢不可能想像食物質素很高，可是這自助餐連一般都未能達標準，最普通的食物，雞肉腸、凍蝦，全部肉質都很霉。講真：我要求已經唔高，最普通一條腸仔都唔食得，我真係冇野好講。☹️疫情下的措施：本來這餐廳的環境佈局，已經十分擠迫，而在疫情之下完全沒有隔枱，只有一塊單薄的透明板檔在每張枱的一則。在食物方面，檸檬在疫情下有冇清洗過都引人懷疑，檸檬上的貼紙還在檸檬的表皮上。講真：其他野其實有冇洗過？ 😂即使餐廳做什麼優惠都好，撇除食物質素，都不應該有如此的服務態度和衛生情況。大家睇路啊💩
