To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次我們去中環機鐵站的分店都有十分不愉快的經驗。堂食的時候,經常見到樓面阿姐態度極其惡劣,無論對本地客人或是外國客人也是,亦曾經聽過有用粗口大駡客人!而且買外賣的時候,無論收銀或是樓面阿姐亦相當無禮,要拿醬料亦會留難客人,工作效率極其慢及沒有系統!漏單情況經常發生,之後叫阿姐跟進阿姐只會說”得啦!你等下!”今次我已經等了很久外賣,連遲來的客人都拿了外賣還未有,我才走去問阿姐,阿姐又是叫我等,但沒有任何跟進,這次真的忍無可忍!我說要投訴,她態度惡劣的說”隨便!”問她拿投訴電話她說沒有,問她名字她說”我沒有必要給你!”收銀的便服阿姐也是這樣說,這是什麼態度?之後還繼續破口大駡!所以最後我沒有拿到她們的名字,但拍了照!
