To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早餐時間，食早餐要求一隻叉，同左一可店員要求，應左你。但咩都唔做好大聲再同佢講一次，佢就極大聲同佢另一店員講 但又講得唔清楚，另一店員手持一隻叉 係我附近範圍大叫 邊個要叉，我地話我要 佢仲問我做咩咁大聲，服務態度極惡劣。之後兩個店員仲要係我後繼續講。好似我地唔可以攞隻叉咁。 完全影響心情同影響食慾，見到野都唔想食。已經唔駛佢地落單，唔明有咩工作佢地仲要做 都可以咩禮物都無另外。餐具極污糟 連換都費事，唔會再嚟
