To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 26号下午约3pm, 我倆有背囊及手提包, 被安排角卡位, 人流一般, 坐了十分鐘, 食物到了, 被要求左一邊, 说假期人多, 背囊及手提包放哪裏呢? 我要求給我多十分鐘, 吃完便走, 沒有理會. 兩個客人入坐, 大家面对面, 大家都轉唔到身, 何解要食得咁辛苦, 五分鐘還食完走人, 外面冇人排隊, 呢啲服务态度, 服务员己经变成機械人, 灰口灰面冇反應, 一世都唔會再光顧
