To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上菜速度快，食落新鮮，只係飯有啲啲太黏，不過未到影響個味道既，可能因為新開張未係好熟手，我覺得可以接受。另外就係圖二既帶子，原本上黎既個樣有啲怪，無清好咁，呢個係新一碟黎。當時同店員反映左都好快出過個新既，而且店員都有過黎跟進返新既o唔okay，感覺呢度既staff都好盡責有禮，唔係是但hea你咁。不過唔知係咪因為我食既時候好多人，咁啱無曬甜品叉，所以我用左茶碗蒸既匙羹，不過之後都見到有員工補緊，可能因為客多掛。整體都唔錯，不過可能新開張同埋都好多客，所以食物質素仲有啲改善空間。
