To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務極差，人手不足問題嚴重

平日都好鍾意食譚仔，但係每次黎到東涌富東商場呢間食都係受氣居多，上次黎食大概9點鐘，等左20分鐘，都無人過黎問我落左單未，舉手無人睇到，終於等到有人見到，叫我等等，忙完又唔記得左我，再落多幾張枱單都未輪到我，服務態度實在太差。今日又黎左食，晚上7點10分落單，7點44分左右先到，等侯時間太長，其實譚仔其他分店我都經常幫襯，但係富東分店人手實在太少，每次黎到都係唔好既體驗，希望老闆睇到呢個食評會改善一下
