To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

地方衛生都先唔講，嘢食尚算好味，所以接受唯獨啲阿姐嘅服務態度超差，坐好耐都冇人執枱都預期之內，叫極唔應都算，等到有人落單，又覆晒單啱嘅，嚟到都係錯(已經得2碗嘢，2杯嘢飲）！等咗一輪問佢點解冇牛肉，佢只係話收嘅錢一樣，唔會計多我，我話我想牛肉嘛，佢竟然話而家加唔到？一碗沙嗲牛肉火腿炒旦米唔可以加返啲牛肉？！一句灑走我，話佢落單時寫錯，覆單嗰時佢仲重覆2次，根本係唔想煩一杯茶走一杯奶茶，我問佢邊杯係走，佢話唔知！收錢時問佢幾錢，另一個話收2個餸錢，結果我碗同人哋有牛肉嘅一樣價錢，而我只得火腿炒旦！！仲要行過特登踢我張櫈！認真谷氣，希望大家健康！
