may 11, 11.............今次輪到龍景軒嘅星局,有19人嚟dinner,攪手安排大家食咗 : 1) 小食-每人1碟精緻嘅烤麩,不過並不是手meet的-頂頭嘅木耳同紅蘿蔔片都滿有麻香味-烤麩本身夠入味,有食大嫌鹹咗d,但我就覺得ok-底下圍住嘅汁,是另外再煮的,小"杰" 2) 龍帶玉梨香 (hk$180/?粒)-以前喺港x廳食過,好自然會比較吓-我同另1食友都覺得港x廳好d,因為個外層炸醬沒有小硬,比較鬆薄,而且裡面嘅梨肉都比較多汁同帶有果甜味-而且呢個嘅味道比較淡,1定要蘸淮鹽/檸檬汁提味先得 3) 蜜汁燒豬軟骨 (hk$180)-好似骨嘅比例都幾大舊,而且都好似幾硬吓,唔算得上喺軟骨,所以我無咬開嚟食-蜜味普通,肉質都唔鬆-個人覺得麻麻 4) 吊燒炒齡鴿 -每人1/2隻,店方將1/2隻斬成3件-肉真的嫩,肉質是有彈性的,調味唔重手,有肉鮮味,但都皮就唔多夠脆 5) 鮑粒焗釀焗螺 (hk$120)-sorry第2張相有點out fpcus-用枱巾包得好靚上枱-個殼很燙熱,所以面頭焗得乾身,個葡汁幾香,增+個野味度-裡面好足料,切到好碎,大致都喺螺肉粒,菇粒同肉碎-要

-以前喺港x廳食過,好自然會比較吓
-我同另1食友都覺得港x廳好d,因為個外層炸醬沒有小硬,比較鬆薄,而且裡面嘅梨肉都比較多汁同帶有果甜味
-而且呢個嘅味道比較淡,1定要蘸淮鹽/檸檬汁提味先得

-好似骨嘅比例都幾大舊,而且都好似幾硬吓,唔算得上喺軟骨,所以我無咬開嚟食
-蜜味普通,肉質都唔鬆
-個人覺得麻麻

-每人1/2隻,店方將1/2隻斬成3件
-肉真的嫩,肉質是有彈性的,調味唔重手,有肉鮮味,但都皮就唔多夠脆

5) 鮑粒焗釀焗螺 (hk$120)
-sorry第2張相有點out fpcus
-用枱巾包得好靚上枱
-個殼很燙熱,所以面頭焗得乾身,個葡汁幾香,增+個野味度
-裡面好足料,切到好碎,大致都喺螺肉粒,菇粒同肉碎
-要挖到最入,確保裡面都清晒先放手,好味

-個醬汁除咗有wasabi味(出,但唔會攻)之外,仲有甜味伴之
-專業食友其後講甜味+辣味喺好難做得好食

-令我諗起石榴雞
-豆卜內,包住有唔同嘅蔬菜粒,似是全素來的
-最突出就喺菇味,應是啡黑色嘅羊肚菌喇

-每件其實喺的骰得好緊要
-皮極酥鬆,有工藝,不過敗筆在有油"益"味,咁樣就算有幾酥鬆都side咗

-入口還是暖熱,個皮有點厚度,但都喺酥鬆
-奶皇餡清香,甜度適中

* 服務真喺好好.........茶壺沒有放在枱上,全賴侍應前來斟添.........這方面佢哋真喺無殆慢到..........其他細節........最後專業食友走嚟我哋呢枱同我哋吹下水..........細談餐廳枱布同服務嘅細心.........見到枱布拖長到地其實喺西式高級餐廳嘅做法,中式餐廳通常都唔會用上2張枱布,其枱底是中空,可以望穿...........其次就喺侍應上菜,會先上比女士..........食友唔講我都無為意,體會唔到餐廳嘅用心
