難得今天大家準時下班,當然要好好把握機會共聚晚餐😁又是我負責決定今晚吃甚麼🙄最近聚會都是吃中菜,今次則選韓國料理換換口味。很幸運,能坐在窗邊看海景吃晚飯,很久都沒試過。海鮮煎餅平日吃得多,但韓式的翡翠韭菜煎餅真是前所未見,外觀看起來已經非常起眼,外皮翠綠相當酥脆,內裡明顯吃到不少鮮甜的韭菜餡料,不用沾醬已很好吃!卡邦尼汁很多的樣子把年糕都覆蓋住,朋友好期待,她超愛卡邦尼汁呢! 醬汁用料頗豐富,有煙肉,洋蔥碎,加上忌廉汁,忌廉濃郁香味很明顯,味道剛好不膩味。濃稠的卡邦尼醬汁乃是年糕的靈魂,通通吸附在軟糯的年糕上,十分滋味。香辣海鮮湯麵裡有豐富的海鮮佐料,有青口,蜆肉和蝦,搭配香辣的湯頭,散發出濃郁的誘人香氣。青口與蜆肉品質極佳,尺寸也非常具誠意,口感更是彈牙又具鮮美滋味。蝦肉鮮香無從挑剔,肉質脆彈。整體而言,海鮮湯麵不僅湯頭溫順好喝,麵條也滑彈好吃,還能享受到多樣的海鮮,真是超值。韓式素肉飯卷雖然是素的,但味道絕不會比不上肉餡飯卷。飯卷厚實很飽滿,素肉反而與黃蘿蔔,青瓜很搭配,味道不會搶戲,飯粒也不會黏稠,粒粒分明但不硬,愛素食的這個是不錯的選擇。芝香雞炸雞軟嫩,外皮酥脆,以芝士醬汁,奶
