To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

臨近新年日日都大魚大肉，無係打邊爐就係buffet，今日決定食返清淡少少～食日本嘢～行過見到元氣又有新期間限定menu，今次係黎自日本豐洲的食材，好鍾意食新嘢的我又點會錯過。帆立貝迷你飯 - 迷你杯好可愛，飯量大概係2件壽司飯咁上下，但係上面就有幾塊帶子+三文魚籽，性價比好高！立目 - 其實我都唔知係咩魚，不過咬落去魚油味都幾香。火腿壽司 - 食落怪怪地，火腿+芝士本來係match的，但係加埋飯一齊食又怪怪地。
