To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期三哥經常推出唔同既期間限定款式配料同湯底，之前果D我都不太大興趣，今次呢個反而想試下～今日就隨便搵左德福呢間分店試，專登１２點就去到避開等位時間🙌🏻叫左個十小辣煳麻湯魚爽肚&芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜少米線，等左大約１５分鐘～個湯底其實只係混合左兩款現有既湯底👉🏻煳辣同麻辣就好似好創新咁😂🙊我叫左十小所以唔算好辣，但其實我都唔太食得到"麻＂，感覺都係偏向似煳辣，不過尚算香同開胃惹味既～反而D餸無我預期咁好～雖然魚爽肚係爽口，但個人黎講覺得有D腥味。。。芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜既鱈魚彈牙，豆卜本身就係索湯底係一樣唔錯既湯麵配料👍🏻但個芥末味已經完美地被湯底既味cover左，所以我係完全食唔出既。。。。總括黎講，一試便可，未試既我覺得可以唔駛專登試添😅😅
