To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為譚仔控，當知道推出新口味，當然要去吃吃看🙈。這次吃的是期間限定的母親節米線。這款既滋補又有藥膳功效 感覺很健康🙈。💥蟲草花雞卷米線 HKD$42，這個上菜時已聞到很香的味道🤩，材料有蟲草花/雞卷/杞子/雲耳/溏心蛋。湯底味道濃郁清甜，散發著淡淡藥材香味。雞卷口感腍身，肉質嫰滑煙韌。💥葡萄特飲配乳酸爆珠 HKD$11，面頭有檸檬作為裝飾，但把檸檬放進去味道更清新🙈。飲品味道酸酸甜甜的，配合爆珠味道特別。可惜的是吸管不能飲到，要用匙羹拿出來吃😂。點這款米線可用HKD$8加購鮑魚一隻，口感爽口彈牙，吸入了湯汁挻好吃😛。這款米線味道不錯，可以吃到飽飽的。雖然是期間限定的美食，但覺得很滋味，希望會成為長駐米線口味😆。
