To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔雲南米線推出咗期間限定嘅米線一定要試下，一如既往無失望🥳呢間舖嘅ᴅᴇsɪɢɴ好靚，除咗有沙發位仲有單人坐嘅位🤞🏻就算係一個人嚟食都唔洗同人搭台唔洗怕尷尬😎1️⃣ 黃金魚湯米線配烤魚柳·魚肚🍜原湯底係用咗海南黃燈籠辣椒製作，會有少少辣椒粒～🫣 但係因為我怕太辣所以就轉咗鮮蕃茄湯底(嗌呢碗可以免費升級㗎)🤭蕃茄湯底超級濃郁，仲可以見到有蕃茄嘅蹤影，真材實料😍 配料方面有烤魚柳同魚肚，兩個份量都唔少㗎😛魚柳有兩大條，入口好嫩亦冇骨，食落啖啖肉😌 而魚肚就冇腥味，厚切而且有口感，吸收晒啲湯嘅精華，超級入味，ᴊᴇɴɢ🥳2️⃣ 涼拌薑蔥爽辣魚皮🐟平時都係食開炸魚皮居多，今次呢到嘅魚皮用咗特製薑蔥油同辣椒醬，配搭咗指天椒、白芝麻、芫茜同蔥花等等🌶……加上每件魚皮都好厚，食落好爽脆😬 有埋花生更上一層樓🥜3️⃣ 凍白桃烏龍🍑超ᴄʜɪʟʟ味嘅飲品，烏龍茶啲茶底唔太濃，加上白桃十分清香，仲有片檸檬，飲落一啲都唔會澀，好好飲好ғʀᴇsʜ🤤
