To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直想試這間連續多年被評選為米芝蓮餐廳的添好運點心專門店,我們去年年底在高雄旅遊時,也見到它的蹤影。於是跟老公二人選定了一個周六早上,出發到他們深水埗本店一嘗心願!我們約11時到達,在門外等位時,已留意到有不少外國及內地的遊客光顧。在等待的30分鐘時間內,我們已相量好點什麼點心那裏只有普洱茶一種的選擇,落了單後,食物接著送來,可能是由於我們一次過點了9款點心的關係,加上桌面的面積也不大,部分點心要疊起才放得落。看看旁邊的客人也遇到相同的情況,這可能是餐廳想人客快快食完埋單的設計,侍應也有給予相應的壓力,令到我們食得好趕。在食物方面,以下點心值得推介,尤其是賽螃蟹春卷,別具創意,用料十足。我們也點了它相當有名的酥皮叉燒包,個皮得確好食,值得一試! 另外,它的糯米雞和潮州粉果也做得好好老公也喜歡它的腐皮卷若你是抱著試新食物的心態去光顧的話,是okay的。但若你是抱著周末歎茶食點心的心態的話,這不是一個好的選擇。
