To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 嘉麟樓 6/10👍🏻其實嘉麟樓的中菜在2016年就獲得米芝蓮指南一星,但3年來大廚換了3次,對於新上任的師傅來說,保住米芝蓮的星星亦是職責之一,接棒。而上年7月,林鈺明在短短半年間成功保住了嘉麟樓的一星,同時為這間老牌中菜在傳統中帶來更多創意,得到不少食家讚賞。他的烹調,一向着重不時不吃。我試左Lunch tasting menu整體質素都唔差但未有驚喜位,性價比未算太高。蜜汁叉燒拼紅椒紅海蜇頭 5/10👍🏻預期叉燒係出名但係竟然唔夠肥🙈反而好海蜇頭香口爽千絲瑤柱冬瓜羹9/10👍🏻冇諗過冬瓜味非常香而個羹非常滑松露真菌老虎蝦球8/10👍🏻真材實料,新鮮蝦味好濃爽口砂鍋黑皮雞縱菌元貝皇煲7/10👍🏻大大粒元貝都新鮮不過汁味道有少少搶左個鮮味,未配合到生菜絲火鴨粒炒飯6/10👍🏻可能到最尾太飽,飯一粒粒炒到分明,不過火鴨味唔出所以唔算太香,加生菜本身唔算突出,配搭麻麻香芒凍布甸7/10👍🏻都香滑
