話說見到最差嘅評語都只係話上餐慢,咁食物味道應該ok啦,見唔趕時間,就去試下。一入嚟,有個戴眼鏡+高嘅女同事叫我坐門口,心諗入面大把位,點解唔坐得入面,喺我想出聲之前,有個男同事帶咗我去坐入面。叫完餐,大約5分鐘左右,食物就到咗。(可能餐廳管理層有留意comment,改善咗)泰式香茅燒雞扒紅咖哩 配椰香飯呢個真心出色,同埋意外嘅係廚師將香茅包咗喺雞扒入面,件雞扒好入味,但美中不足係雞扒唔夠熱同埋少少「鞋口」(所以我估出餐「慢」的不是廚房,好大機會係樓面人手不足?雖然驟眼看,人數上就唔覺不足嘅,可能係同事忙梗嘅嘢,唔係送餐,而係收碟,催埋單?)講返呢碟食物,紅咖哩夠辣又唔會過辣,椰香飯粒粒分別又有「椰」味,廚師技術真係值得一讚!另外,值得留意嘅係份量,「大食」嘅朋友可能會唔夠飽。然後,去到跟餐小食,就出事了。鹹蛋薯條大約等多5分鐘左右,就見到。期間聽到左右兩邊嘅枱都話等咗好耐,然後嚟到都話唔夠熱,係「暖」嘅。咁我都冇咩期望。嚟到,係熱嘅,有少少驚喜!讚嘅係味道,真係好重鹹蛋味,又要讚一次廚師嘅手勢!但不幸嘅係,薯條似係微波爐/翻炸過,個外皮咬落去一d都唔脆,浪費咗薯條嘅味道。嗰頭食完薯條

鹹蛋薯條
大約等多5分鐘左右,就見到。期間聽到左右兩邊嘅枱都話等咗好耐,然後嚟到都話唔夠熱,係「暖」嘅。咁我都冇咩期望。
嚟到,係熱嘅,有少少驚喜!
讚嘅係味道,真係好重鹹蛋味,又要讚一次廚師嘅手勢!
但不幸嘅係,薯條似係微波爐/翻炸過,個外皮咬落去一d都唔脆,浪費咗薯條嘅味道。

嗰頭食完薯條,問同事拎牙籤,張單就嚟了。

首先,嗰陣時我只係坐低咗30分鐘。隔離枱早過我坐低(我嚟嗰陣佢地已經食梗),食完坐喺度傾計都未有單,嗰個戴眼鏡+高嘅女同事就拎咗張單放低,咩都冇講就走咗。

我問另一個侍應:我可唔可以飲埋杯飲品先埋單?(嗰時杯飲品係滿嘅,同埋飲品要加$8)
侍應話:可以,驚一陣間埋單人多會等好耐,所以拎定張單過嚟。

咁好啦,我繼續飲啦,飲完先比錢。

點知同一個戴眼鏡+高嘅女同事又走咗過嚟,睇下我比咗錢未,而冇去叫我隔離枱仲傾梗計嗰2個人埋單….咩事呀?因為佢地「未加」飲品,覺得仲可以做佢地生意?咁我呢?我唔可以再加小食嗎?

我嘗試睇下佢叫咩名,但佢地冇名牌。可能係新嚟?但咁樣做係唔係等於趕客?雖然我唔係咩大客,但加埋一都食咗超過$100。

跟住佢睇完張單,又行開咗。

隔咗無幾耐,有個男侍應終於拎住張單去我隔離枱問佢地「介唔介意埋咗張單?」
(我心諗點解做法差咁遠嘅)

隔離枱走咗,個男侍應就走嚟望下我張單。(當時我仲有20-30%未飲完)

一杯檸檬茶嘅時間,原來咁「長」,要勞煩咁多人走過嚟「服務」我。

我忍唔住問:我可唔可以飲埋先比錢?其實宜家係唔係要趕我走呢?
侍應話:唔係,我只係以為入面有錢,我宜家幫你收返張單先。

其實,你只要比多一分鐘我,我就飲完比錢,何必要勞動咁多人力資源去「提醒」一個人埋單,而忽略咗其他客人嘅需求呢?一個人食完就走架啦,點解要咁?唔怪得侍應們好似「做唔切」咁。

最後,由返嗰個戴眼鏡+高嘅女同事拎返張單過嚟。其實都唔使等,只係幾秒就拎咗過嚟。

我了解繁忙時間,都未必想外面嘅客等太耐。
如果一開始個女同事直接講:唔好意思,外面都人多等梗,介唔介意埋咗張單先?
我會欣然接受。
但係佢就咁放低張單再走咗去,我真心覺得很不爽,同埋有「比人趕走」嘅感覺。

如果管理人員真係有留意comment,希望可以善用資源。另外,溫馨提示嗰位同事,如果咁唔鍾意「對客」,可以尋找返更合適嘅工作。

希望有緣再臨,或者其他客人,唔會再遇到我上述嘅經歷。謝謝。
