今日小弟同友人係旺角聽到尼間野新開,深愛台灣美食文化嘅我緊係狗衝la。一坐低我就叫左個蔥油餅加大腸麵線,朋友就叫左個起司肉鬆蛋餅。(我太肚餓唔記得左影😂)第一樣黎嘅係大腸麵線,大腸都算多,但比較碎,面都有幾棵莞茜。味道就好重豉油味,蒜蓉同莞茜味。麵線就好冧。講真,同台灣味道唔同都算,可能係個人特色,但個陣豉油味同我飲緊豉油湯真係無分別😡接著係蔥油餅,蔥油餅嘅餅皮通常有兩種,一係整到好脆,一係就比較煙韌嘅。但佢又唔脆,又唔煙韌。蔥味有,但唔算多。大多數係食緊麵糊嘅味道,真係唔知食緊d咩🌚最後就係個起司肉鬆蛋餅,一黎到,同蔥油餅一樣,都係唔夠熱❄️d芝士根本唔融。。。味道就好單調,餡料味道完全唔融合,芝士還芝士,肉鬆還肉鬆。真心唔推,其他野未試過,但以上嘅野真係唔好嘥錢食
