難得香港有間來自星加坡嘅米芝蓮兩星中菜,進駐香港不久已摘咗一粒星,點都值得去一試!位於北京道一號10樓一定有夜景相伴,入到去係高級中菜嘅格局,十分寬敞。與友人一行四人,高高興興先叫咗支酒,再點小菜。事前訂咗半隻餐廳出名嘅「糯米釀脆皮乳豬」,一定要一試!擺碟已經令人眼前一亮,食落確係有驚喜,可能我見試少,但自問從未食過乳豬皮係有入口即溶嘅感覺,薄得來好夠脆,加糯米飯一齊食並無油膩感,真係值得讚!同同區嘅「天下第一豬」簡直互相輝映,一個乳豬皮值得大讚,一個黑松露飯齒夾留香,兩者都令人拍爛手掌👏其餘嘅小菜、湯同甜點(掛住食無影晒相)每樣都有水準,如果唔叫海鮮的話,見餐牌上小菜小炒價錢都係百零蚊一道,服務員有禮貌,食完飯後亦會主動幫我地換過d熱茶,食物質素同價錢成正比。坐喺窗邊對住維港景,食到八點仲有香江激光匯演睇,呢度確係與友人歡聚,把酒談心嘅好地方👍🏻
