先講下點解初初想比負評,因為我連續兩日都黎左呢度食,主要諗住用哂member card入面既錢所以先黎。頭一日無圖無真相,就算有都睇唔到,因為屬於調味問題,整體上包括湯都偏咸。到第2日,揀d餸理應清淡小小同埋叫佢少鹽,成功令佢無左個負評。燒腩仔,如果咁都可以整到太咸既話(即係食到鹽粒)就真係神仙都難保。好在個皮整到極脆身,而肉既部分層次分明,有D想像唔到有咁既水準點解琴日調味咁咸...不過正所謂一啖沙糖一啖_,呢個肥叉雖然咸甜適中,而且肥膏既油份都咇哂出黎,食落無乜油膩感,但"火農" 邊未免太誇張啦掛...雖然我都好鐘意食呢隻叉燒,但未免太毒啦吧...
