出親銅鑼灣度度都人多唔知食乜好,特別係time square,每層都係商舖,但其實9-11樓蘊藏咗唔少食肆。其中呢間Greyhound係我嘅長年食堂,平日多數去開中環,室內外参半,而銅鑼灣分店就偏向隱密啲,無咁開揚。餐廳經營泰菜,又混雜些許他國風味。近排晚市推出咗海鮮menu,前菜小食主菜甜品餐飲一條龍,飽肚之餘又唔會太滯。沙律菜份量不大,但海鮮都算足料;四隻柑仔大小嘅帶子煎得微焦,口感爽彈飽滿,醋汁酸中帶甜,提味開胃。炸魚乾身香口,入口近似港式燻魚,魚油早已滲出,雖然以油炸方式烹製但完全食唔出;青木瓜偏少,調味則用上甜醋、指天椒增添辣香,但嫌醋酸蓋過木瓜清新嘅原味。虎蝦六隻、蟹肉就兩湯匙⋯⋯🤪黃咖哩濃郁香甜,非常惹味,送飯送麵送咩皆宜,碟頭好大,每個位都’不‘到蟹肉絲,真正啖啖蟹肉。煎餅鬆香軟韌,蘸上咖哩更加香口,兩者搭配絕對係prefect match。和牛金麵原來係蛋麵配咖哩湯底。呢道菜嘅黃咖哩相對更濃稠,掛於軟硬適中嘅麵條上,每啖都食到原料獨有嘅香味。和牛塊相當足料,食到底先知有十幾粒,不過口感略韌,同日本和牛口感差距甚遠。泰式咖啡有驚喜,苦甜比例七三,味道有少少似華田,又唔會

好多人推介嘅千層蛋糕,揀咗坊間少見到嘅泰式奶茶味,怕你唔夠解饞,隨蛋糕仲伴上奶茶醬😚

麵皮纖薄均一,層次豐富,奶油甜度適中,反而奶茶味唔突出,要配醬食先食得出,有啲言過其實,減返幾分。
