以前係銅鑼灣一直都無機會試到呢間排隊排到出哂名既魂,到今日黎左太子,終於有機會同友人一齊試下究竟佢有咩秘密店入面裝潢都好日本麵屋格局好似黎左日本咁因為天氣凍既關係,叫左杯紅棗桂圓茶潤一潤呢個八爪魚波波外層炸到脆卜卜咬落口又彈牙,唔講唔知,開頭以為係墨丸口感真係無得彈枝豆一如已往,無得輸可以食多一盤黎到個主角 太極拉面成個碗黑媽媽,原來唔係黑蒜係用墨魚汁加入豬骨既湯底,每一啖都有濃濃既墨魚汁香味由於我鐘意爽口既面質,所以選擇左硬面符合預期叉燒頂頭重有香甜既蟹糕,特顯名貴
