放假假梗係要出街,走一走😂係尖沙咀同🐻🐻shopping 下,竟然俾我發現有泰國船麵食之前去泰國🇹🇭旅行嘅時候,已經唔記得咗食咗幾多碗細細的船麵啦....我要回味下有3種湯底可以揀:船湯、冬陰公湯和清湯有濃、辣、清的湯底,適合不同人的口味還有小食、甜品和飲品麵都有4種可選擇!我地2個都簡左船湯和金邊粉😉 🐷🐻我地一致都認為食泰國麵叫金邊粉最適合..首先講一講個湯底同配料先,深啡色嘅湯底味道香甜又濃味。食船麵最開心就係配料有好多,炸豬皮、豬潤、秋葵、蘿蔔、魚蛋炸豬皮脆卜卜,怕熱氣的我都忍唔會食曬了!手撕雞船麵 $68 雞肉同船麵好夾,兩者互相配合令食雞肉時感受到嫩滑的質感之剩又甜甜地!飛驒和牛船麵 $128無諗過係泰國餐廳都有飛驒和牛🐮,作為牛魔王的🐷就試下飛驒和牛配船湯既味道啦~薄薄的飛驒和牛大約有6、7成熟,看到還有小小的紅肉,之後浸多陣湯就熟了!飛驒和牛肉質好嫩滑,入口即溶
