元朗一向好多食肆,今日就揀咗呢間位鳳琴街嘅《升哥點心》試下。蟲草花棉花雞 ($28) - 鷄肉嫩滑有雞味,魚肚厚身軟滑,索咗雞肉嘅鮮味後更加好味。薑蔥牛柏葉 ($24) - 份量都幾足,而且牛柏葉煮得入味、爽口彈牙又唔會韌,相當不俗!升哥蝦餃皇 ($30) - 蝦餃包得脹卜卜,薄薄嘅餃皮呈半透明,口感煙韌中帶點黏口。入面嘅餡料以大粒鮮蝦肉為主,爽口彈牙,味道鮮美。原隻鮮蝦腸粉 ($28) - 腸粉軟身滑溜,入面包住大大隻爽口鮮甜嘅鮮蝦,配上帶鮮味嘅豉油,甚為滋味!籠仔鳳爪排骨飯 ($39) - 大大籠足夠3二、三人享用,半肥瘦排骨及厚肉鳳爪都相當入味,飽肚又好味。家鄉鹹水角 ($19) - 熱辣辣上枱,鹹水角表面炸得香脆,咬落煙煙韌韌,外脆內軟,相當滋味。原籠蔗糖馬拉糕 ($24) - 香滑軟熟,口感綿密,香甜得嚟有蛋香味。
