To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收到政府派一萬蚊,所以今晚食好D,去大家樂!其實去到大家樂唔係想据扒,只係想飲個酥皮湯,大家樂嘅酥皮湯只係跟据扒餐,焗住据扒囉!除咗意粉屋之外,一時間諗唔起邊到重有酥皮湯,一萬蚊唔係多,平平地幫襯大家樂!點咗個紐西蘭西冷牛扒同什扒,什扒有雞扒,豬扒同司華力腸.西冷牛扒出奇地肉質鬆軟,而且經過醃制唔需要點黑椒汁同蒜蓉汁已經好入味,點咗汁反而味道過重,牛扒厚切但分量少咗D.同樣地,雞扒同豬扒口感鬆軟入味,而且份量都係偏少,另外,兩個餐,鐵板夠熱,但無發鐵板餐獨有嘅出咋咋聲!重點嘅酥皮湯酥皮偏厚,入面係周打魚白湯,味道尚算濃郁.反而驚喜係杯楊枝金露,以為味道會偏淡偷工減料,點知啱啱相反,味道香甜夠濃郁!政府提早派錢有驚喜,飲杯楊枝金露又有驚喜,希望番到屋企老婆唔會話有咗俾驚喜!

除咗意粉屋之外,一時間諗唔起邊到重有酥皮湯,一萬蚊唔係多,平平地幫襯大家樂!

點咗個紐西蘭西冷牛扒同什扒,什扒有雞扒,豬扒同司華力腸.

西冷牛扒出奇地肉質鬆軟,而且經過醃制唔需要點黑椒汁同蒜蓉汁已經好入味,點咗汁反而味道過重,牛扒厚切但分量少咗D.

同樣地,雞扒同豬扒口感鬆軟入味,而且份量都係偏少,另外,兩個餐,鐵板夠熱,但無發鐵板餐獨有嘅出咋咋聲!
