位於旺角的空海,是一間主打吃蟹的日本料理餐廳。是日相約好朋友去吃晩餐,慶祝一下快將轉變的新環境,作為吃貨的我們,當然要吃美食慶祝哦。空海盛$598/位空海盛包括: 前菜,松葉蟹腳刺身,蒜香一囗和牛粒或清酒煮蜆,松葉蟹膏甲羅燒,海膽帆立貝松葉蟹丼,蟹肉味噌湯,柚子雪葩或紅豆甜湯。前菜是櫻花蝦豆腐,豆腐豆味重,雪得夠凍,為夏日降溫。蟹肉味噌湯,湯頭鹹鮮,鹹味剛好,並不過火。蒜香一囗和牛粒或清酒煮蜆之間,我選擇和牛粒。和牛肉質軟身,脂肪豐富,油脂在囗中溢出,滋味無比。松葉蟹腳刺身,上菜的次序可以改變一下,最後才上刺身感覺有少少奇怪呢。蟹腳已預早拆殼,只需輕輕一咬,便能把整枝蟹肉拉出來,很方便阿。松葉蟹膏甲羅燒,快要滿溢的蟹膏,看上去極為吸引。蟹膏和蟹肉拌勻,膏味濃郁,在囗中散發濃列鮮香,蟹肉份量超多,獨吃的我,超級滿足哦。海膽帆立貝松葉蟹丼,向來不太愛吃海膽,但這種色澤鮮明,呈深橙紅的海膽,我是最能接受的。海膽有數件,海水味濃,質感滑軟,是高水準的刺身呢。帆立貝數量也不少,肉質軟腍,頗新鮮哦。松葉蟹肉則不用多說,果然是餐廳招牌,鮮甜至極,和白飯拌在一起,散發鮮香,其實我單吃松葉蟹拌飯,就已經

帆立貝數量也不少,肉質軟腍,頗新鮮哦。松葉蟹肉則不用多說,果然是餐廳招牌,鮮甜至極,和白飯拌在一起,散發鮮香,其實我單吃松葉蟹拌飯,就已經心滿已足啦。



整體食材很高質,但若食物能熱一點,就更好啦。
