To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 六友之前食過glasshouse, 今次三友黎到銅鑼灣逛街,傾開難忘既松露薯條,二話不說就來試試姐妹餐廳greenhouse! 看看能否解相思之苦!Greenhouse 係時代廣場上面,我未曾在這邊吃過飯,像大鄉里一樣跟隨二友搭𨋢到10樓!原來有很多食店,人流都不算很多,下次可來這邊一試!來到餐廳,店面非常大,裝潢以綠化及仿室外為主,令人心情放鬆!但店內沒有窗是個敗筆!入座後,店員親切地送上餐牌,下單時也彬彬有禮,值得一讚!這次點了:泡菜芝士燒菇($84),青檸香茅雞翼($68),和牛漢堡配黑松露蛋黃醬($148),酥炸富貴鴨($298),黑松露薯條($68)!甜品方面點了:香蕉焦蛋燉蛋($88),雞蛋仔火鍋($98)及法式雜果班戟($68)!炸得非常酥脆的香茅雞翼先來,急不及待先食不點醬的,青檸及香茅都非常突出,醃得很透切,加上香脆的口感很惹味!點了附送的森巴醬,酸酸辣辣的很開胃,令雞翼生色不少!再來泡菜芝士烤菇,這道菜不得了!非常美味,酸辣的泡菜加上芝士,天作之合!再配上菇味濃的大菇,不會太咸太膩,就是剛剛好!和牛漢堡很快送到,在此要讚一讚greenhouse !待應特別交待我們可

和牛漢堡很快送到,在此要讚一讚greenhouse !待應特別交待我們可先拍照,隨後再替我們分開4份!相比glasshouse 這邊服務更貼心!漢堡叫了5成熟,雖然有肉汁,但肉質較為un, 而且油脂不算很多!加上松露蛋黃醬更能引出牛味!配上沙律及小黃瓜,不會膩!

吃過主菜,甜品既時間到了!香蕉焦糖燉蛋真的是皇牌,待應會加上酒再點火讓你拍照!特地提醒我們咖啡是點的,不用倒進去!少少焦的香蕉配上滑嘟嘟的燉蛋,再點上少許咖啡,甜中帶香,香中帶甘!就是令人停不了口!

吃完這個美妙既燉蛋,雞蛋仔及水果薄餅已送到!雞蛋仔配上白朱古力,未食一定覺得甜得要死吧,但錯了!白朱古力上了很多忌廉,中和甜味,配上水果,棉花糖及brownies, 十分豐富!

而法式水果薄餅較為遜色,也可能是我們已經飽了!薄餅不是我們想像的,是像鳳凰卷外層的餅底,較為厚身的!加上溶化了的棉花糖及雜果,吃了一片就膩了!
