To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司揀咗呢間一齊食飯，食物質素極差，完全無味，收得又貴，去外面一間普通得酒樓食好過佢一百倍。如果想食一餐正常的飯，一定唔好揀呢間。好似只煮熟比你地食，一啲味都無。魚湯同飲白開水無分別，菜又生生地，啲海鮮一食就知唔新鮮。粉絲帶子應該有啲豉油掛，問返個阿姐，仲答我地清食幾好味服務態度極差，成程個部長惱爆爆，成村人得罪左佢地咁。話就話全餐包任飲酒水，但又唔凍，又試得慢。態度極差。唔怪得無人，做開婚宴生意，就唔好打招牌話食海鮮，中伏到不得了
