To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽家人講銅鑼灣聘珍樓的點心不錯,今天與家人來到荷里活廣場親身一試,10:45am進入食肆,當時只有三,四張座有客人,環境清靜舒適,我們三人叫了六樣食物,包括有燒腩仔,雞包仔,小籠包,燒賣王,竽角,叉燒腸落單後不用兩分鍾竽角立即送上,進食後發現內餡熱,咬開後有一些像胺水的味道,忍不住要吐出來~叉燒腸外皮不錯可惜叉燒又乾又硬接著的是脆皮燒肉,皮很脆但很多肥肉,滿口都是油,吃了兩件唯有放棄燒賣王賣相很好,吃下去的蝦很爽口,但沒有蝦味亦沒鮮肉味小籠包的吃下去內裡湯汁不足,肉不新鮮,完全不合格最後一樣 雞包仔算是普通,沒有特別,可以吃下去的~離開後大約一小時我們已經有其中一個人拉了三次肚子,真是不幸!總括來說,聘珍樓是高檔食府可惜出品令我們大跌眼鏡,慶幸在結帳時向部長反映食物質素欠佳,該女部長態度很正面及有禮,雖然食物質素很差,但服務態度仍然值得一讚!
