Restaurant: 傷心酸辣粉 (桂林街)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開傷心嘅水煮魚,一直覺得唔錯,份量又多,用龍利魚又無骨,所以耐唔耐就會買黎食。今日突然想試下佢個酸菜魚,就出事啦。一打開個蓋,睇下入面d料,已經呆左,真係得酸菜同魚,仲有小小水晶粉係底,份量少過水煮魚嘅好多。跟住一試,失望透頂,酸菜完全無味,唔知係浸水浸左幾耐,可以無味嘅。最勁係d魚,我第一次食龍利魚,食到腥味,而且好甜,唔知落左幾多糖啦,又完全唔辣。成兜野食左一啖就頂唔順,倒左。可能平時食嘅水煮係濃味嘅,會蓋住魚原本嘅腥味,但酸菜唔夠濃,蓋唔住。以後都係食返水煮算啦。
