橘焱胡同燒,原來只開咗8個月。係萬事昌大廈1樓。餐廳不算好大,但坐位闊落。由於冇2人枱關係(因為係4人以上嘅枱)。所以如果2人用餐就要坐Bar枱。但係一d都唔迫。每枱都有職員幫手燒美味食物的。不需自己動手。而且每位職員態度非常熱情。氣氛好好。橘焱係用炭爐燒食物的.有一碟生蒜及生蔥夾肉一齊食. 咁就唔會漏睇睇餐牌叫嘢食先和牛翼椒肉$228。一碟只有5件。切成厚厚的。燒至7成熟。雖然係厚厚的。但係一d都唔靭。而且好鮮味。牛五花(椒鹽)$168。一碟大概有10片左右。職員係即時調味的。調嘅味道剛好。入口即溶。而且牛味香濃。焱烤手羽先$80。即係冇骨雞翼。一碟有4隻。雞翼燒嘅時間比較耐。但係等得值的。因為味道一流。香/肉滑豬肋條(蒜蓉味)$80。一碟大概有10粒左右。鋪滿蒜蓉, 肉汁豊富,肉唔靭,蒜蓉味香。波特菇$40一隻。跟平時食開嘅大啡菇冇咩分別。燒到菇汁保留。散發好香菇味。咬落菇汁係個口long long吓。草蝦$80。一碟6隻。size適中。職員好勁。一排蝦唔需要分幾次返轉。一下就轉咗。蝦肉香又冇3彈性台灣冰卷(椒鹽)$120。預先焯熟再放雪柜。所以放到烤爐好快就食得。一d都唔靭我地叫

最後叫咗個甜品。原本冇唸住叫甜品。因為太飽。但有位口材了得嘅職員。話係佢自己做的。見佢咁落力推介。所以叫咗一個試試。蕉糖雞蛋布丁$38。雞蛋係好滑的。但我覺得蕉糖有點苦。但可以接受的。

今晚連加一總共$1027(2人)。雖然係貴咗d。但都值得的。因為d牛真係好好食。我會介紹比朋友,同埋自己都會再幫襯的。
