龍蝦甲羅燒
在上一味的龍蝦剌身只見到蝦身,心裡不禁奇怪問道蝦頭呢?
原來其餘的龍蝦肉已經連同味噌及蟹膏,肉等釀回蝦頭之中一起燒,
香味濃郁,小小的一勺配上餅乾一起食已經很滿足~
