足料抵食!地道打冷小店🦐仲有免費醉鮑魚/炸乳鴿!-唔知大家知唔知咩叫打冷。朋友聚會,田中提議去食打冷,但估唔到有人真係唔知。打冷其實即係潮洲菜,起源一匹布咁長,有興趣可以Google一下。不過好食嘅打冷,真係唔易搵。-🧀芝士流心蝦棗 ($148)做法新派嘅經典蝦棗,外層脆皮極香脆,包住鮮甜蝦肉蓉,仲有瀑布咁嘅流心芝士,配上泰式辣醬/千島醬,超級邪惡。🧇黄金糖醋麵 ($98)又叫糖醋兩面黃,香港少有,將麵條煎到金黃香脆,配上糖同醋,超香口又微微軟韌,必試。🍗滷水鵝片三拼 ($218)田中揀咗鵝片、元蹄、墨魚,滷得入味濃郁,鵝片肉香肥美,墨魚更加必食,非常軟滑,啖啖肉極滿足。🍲蝦蜆蠔仔泡飯 ($128)潮洲菜必食泡飯,除咗蠔仔,再加入蝦同蜆,湯頭更加鮮甜。🦐海鮮炒年糕 ($268)足料又大碟得誇張,年糕超軟滑煙韌,鑊氣十足,加入足料鮑魚、大蝦、大蜆,層次同鮮味都非常豐富。🦪醉鮑魚 (免費 一隻)、炸乳鴿 (免費 半隻)冇錯真係免費,小菜/滷水滿$100就有一款,基本上一定有,超抵玩。
