To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日期：2008年9月17日同男友約會，當然要搵下ｄ美食喇，一人一個餐$65：－１．Papadum鬆化胡椒脆餅：烘得又薄又脆，辣辣地．２．時日餐湯：忌廉磨菇，好creamy，好飲哩．３．Samosa咖哩什菜角：好香脆．主菜十款跟飯或餅，每人任揀一款．４．Chicken Curry原汁咖哩雞：甜而不辣既咖哩汁撈飯，一流．５．Goan Prawn椰汁燴大蝦：美中不足係蝦靭左ｄ，無椰汁味；但原先既椰汁又香又辣，正．６．甜品－芒果布甸：再凍ｄ會更好味．餐飲－凍檸茶兩杯：好飲，ｄ檸檬係靚野黎架．服務：雖然大家用一ｄ好普通既英語黎溝通，但都好開心，女店員好有禮貌，見佢做到踢晒腳，落單，整飲品，傳菜，執碗，收錢．勁啊！環境：地方唔大，家庭式生意黎．Highly recommended, will go there next time.
