白汁火腿長通粉 (penne with pork and mushroom) - 這道菜相當出色, 個汁散發著濃濃的芝士味, 長通粉有嚼勁, 真正 Al Dente.
黃椒濃湯 (bellepepper veloute) - 係好味嘅, 但我朋有就話佢個磨菇湯更好, 今日欠奉, 有點可惜!
烤雞卷 (roast chicken roll) - 雞髀肉用香草胡椒醃過, 卷起慢煮後再煎香砌件, 都幾好食.
香煎三文魚柳 (pan-fried salmon fillet) - 三文魚應該是用魚生級數嘅貨色, 外皮煎得香脆, 裡面生生地, 我就好喜歡, 但我朋友就要求攞番入廚房煎熟佢, 真喺各有喜好.

香煎法國鴨肝 (seared french duck foie gras) - 午餐嘅價錢都有番咁上下大件, 都算好慷慨囉, 而且煎得外脆內軟, 雖然話喺鴨肝唔喺鵝肝, 但食起上嚟跟鵝肝都唔喺差好遠, 超讚 :-)
法式洋蔥湯 (French onion soup) - 呢樣係我唯一無試到, 所以唔知好定唔好.
慢煮美國牛肋扒 (slow-cook U.S. short rib of beef) - 呢個就真係100分, 肉質上乘, 油花分佈均勻, 肉味香濃又唔韌, 無得頂.
海鮮泡沫焗釀大蝦 (king prawn gratinated with seafood mousseline) - 大蝦新鮮爽脆, 海鮮均和醬汁, 打成泡沫, 再鋪上大蝦焗香, 美味兼有創意.
