To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男友諗住去灣仔警署參觀下，點知去到先發現唔係成日有得參觀，於是我地周圍睇下附近有咩好食。行到黎依度，見到寫住米之蓮推介食肆，所以就入左黎試下啦全港最正咸肉粽 $22果然名不虛傳，糯米好軟身入味，入面腩肉全無肥豬肉, 好好味，想再encore鳳城水餃麵 $32水餃皮薄好足料，入面有木耳，顯得個水餃更有趙口炸醬雲吞撈麵 $40份量唔多唔少岩岩好，但味道與街邊吃到的不相百仲凍豆漿 $12幾好飲，唔太甜，平時出面飲，有時有啲粉狀既野，但依杯就無P.S. 由於個粽太好味，所以我一定會番黎encore
