To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

附近嘅茶餐廳嚟講，呢間算係咁。平時都經常叫外賣。茶記當然唔好預有服務啦！8:40分去到阿姐話快啲落單啦，要洗爐喇！叫左2碟野+2杯飲品都落錯晒單就真係......Order西炒飯來了楊州炒飯...問我要唔要。其實我自己食就會照要，但小朋友最愛楊州炒飯，冇計。麻煩加少少茄汁炒過啦！叫個焗豬扒意粉，新手阿姐落錯單寫左飯，好彩有個老手阿姐睇到改得切。但新手阿姐好可愛，問我意粉係要字要寫邊個「以」 ....我啞左...可愛焗到出嚟又唔差嘅，不過唔知點解冇乜味。新嘅脆爆華田同奶茶都唔差，華田夾啲，奶茶好似唔係好夾
