To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一家七口去康怡廣場3樓金公館食晚飯,分5點半及8點鐘兩輪,而我哋早兩日就訂咗8點鐘7位。當晚去到準時入座,其中一位女職員好細心,幫我哋揀咗張較大嘅枱,而我哋亦好快地揀咗個6人套餐,冷盤有有雞絲粉皮、酸辣秋葵、紅油豬耳,3樣都好好味,好爽口。熱嘅有酸菜魚、菜膽雲吞雞湯、鮑魚紅燒肉、竹笙上素、雪菜火鴨絲炆米、烤北京填鴨,樣樣都好足料,而且都好味道,特別係佢用嚟包片皮鴨嘅粉皮,放係蒸籠內,每張粉皮都有張紙隔開,方便攞上嚟及揸住嚟包,感覺幾特別。總結:食物水準高,足份量,可能我哋比較細食,所以食剩好多嘢,最後我哋都入落自備食物盒內,帶返走。餐廳環境都算乾淨,職員都好有禮貌,回家後,睇返張單,先發現仲有甜品未俾我哋,而我哋又忘記咗問,所以就唔知金公館嘅桂花糕好唔好味啦。
