又到7、8月,係日本桃收成嘅時間。有好多餐廳都爭相推出與桃有關嘅食品,而當中最吸引我嘅,莫過於係又甜又多汁原個上嘅桃上環元創坊推出左Whole Japanese peach fruit tarte 🍑 🤤呢個桃同之前sogo樓下嘅店舖比較,蜜桃更為大顆。店員取出果核後,先係桃內塗上一層酸酸甜甜嘅raspberry paste.之後再用custard 填滿桃洞。最後係桃下面加上餅底。桃嘅味道鮮甜,raspberry paste令到custard 無咁膩,餅底香脆。比sogo地下店更精緻,不過個人認為價格過高,嚐一次便足矣🙈另外仲叫左個Japanese peach rare cheese cake 。呢個peach rare cheese cake🍑賣相好靚😍如果桃嘅份量可以多啲就更加好。桃中間有適中嘅cream,而下面有淡淡嘅芝士,都幾惹味。可惜,撻皮唔夠脆。整體黎講,peach rare cheese cake 幾好味,不過就頗貴。

另外仲叫左個Japanese peach rare cheese cake 。呢個peach rare cheese cake🍑賣相好靚😍如果桃嘅份量可以多啲就更加好。桃中間有適中嘅cream,而下面有淡淡嘅芝士,都幾惹味。可惜,撻皮唔夠脆。整體黎講,peach rare cheese cake 幾好味,不過就頗貴。
