之前嚟過喫麵,原來佢同加入王家沙變成全新2合一的餐廳,裝修相好有特色,舖頭名叫花樣年華,果然周圍放咗好多桃花,打卡一流。精選滬式涼菜拼盤$198,有齊最經典嘅上海涼菜,蒜蓉拍青瓜係最好嘅開胃小食;鎮江肴肉加上海醋一齊食好夾,減低肥膩感覺。醉嘉美雞,酒味唔算好濃,雞肉都幾滑。招牌蟹粉小籠包$78,招牌菜果然皮薄湯汁夠鮮有少少回甘,整體熱度足但又唔會熱到燙口,處理得好啱時間。紅油抄手$68,唔算好辣,有好香嘅蒜頭同麻油味道,增加整體味道層次感。奶黃小麻球$42,炸得酥脆,奶黃唔會太鹹,食落去淡淡奶黃香氣撲鼻。泰式黑熊珍珠咖啡,呢個飲品造型可愛,平時珍珠奶茶飲得多,原來珍珠咖啡都唔錯。
