銅鑼灣橋底, 人人都會想起食蟹。朋友介紹原來橋底還有“好野食”, 就是貴陽牛肉粉。好奇之下星期六2時許去試試, 心想這個時間人客應該比較少, 誰不知門口排了4,5 位客人。 等了5分鐘就有位, 先於門口下單再入內等候。我比較貪心, 每一樣都想試, 全家福牛肉粉可以全包但又怕太大碗, 於是我和朋友點了清湯和紅燒, 再加牛筋豆干和滷水蛋。還加了一個12元的泡菜, 木耳。由於牛肉粉要稍等, 我先試試泡菜, 辣椒與辣椒油很香, 木耳浸於辣椒油內, 爽口又帶辛辣。不錯!清湯牛肉粉加牛筋豆干和滷水蛋感覺很大碟, 味道很香濃, 足料非常。清湯也很濃, 應該用了很多香料煲成, 味道複雜,但又美味。牛展肉筋平均, 牛肉味濃而不靭,牛筋脂肪多, 爽口彈牙。滷水蛋很香滷水味,香滑彈牙。豆干一邊吃一邊覺得好吃, 而又感到新奇。因為一個清湯可以味道如此多層次, 師父一定落了很多功夫!紅燒牛肉粉加牛筋豆干和滷水蛋紅燒牛肉粉的料是一樣, 不同在湯底多了一點麻的感覺, 不是很強烈, 就是有這種感覺, 把整個牛肉粉提升多一個食物層次, 五十多元實在抵食。

感覺很大碟, 味道很香濃, 足料非常。清湯也很濃, 應該用了很多香料煲成, 味道複雜,

紅燒牛肉粉的料是一樣, 不同在湯底多了一點麻的感覺, 不是很強烈, 就是有這種感覺, 把整個牛肉粉提升多一個食物層次, 五十多元實在抵食。
